Shipping Policy

• Tracking Information: All shipments are provided with a tracking number to allow you to follow your package online.

• Dispatch Times: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way.

• Customs Fees: Please note that international orders outside of Europe may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Payment Terms: All items must be paid in full before shipment.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• Denmark: Orders are shipped via DAO/PostNord and typically delivered within 1-3 business days from the shipping confirmation date.

• Europe: Orders are shipped via DAO/PostNord with delivery expected within 4-9 business days.

• Outside Europe: Orders are shipped via UPS with delivery expected within 6-14 business days.
